Prices are calculated in U.S. dollars.

After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent immediately via e-mail.  Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart.  If you receive notice that an item or items are backordered, you can choose to cancel the order and your card will be refunded for any backordered items that you do not wish to wait for.

We cannot be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury that involve any products sold on pictureframesbyposhpics.com (Posh Pics).  Prices, availability and estimated delivery times are subject to change at any time.

Posh Pics reserves the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long backorder time or have been discontinued.  We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price.  If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged.

All sales are final on products that receive any personalization (such as hand painting and monogramming).

Sales Tax:

No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located outside the state of Texas.  All deliveries in Texas will be charged an 8.25% sales tax on merchandise.

Shipping:

Posh Pics ships merchandise via UPS and USPS.  Many factors determine which option is used to ship your purchase, including the weight and dimensions of the product.  Most orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer or artist to your residence or business.  Please note that we are unable to arrange delivery to P.O. boxes.

Standard shipping charges are based on ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states and shown in the chart below.*

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges:

Posh Pics wants you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify Posh Pics within 10 business days of receiving your order.  We will send you a return authorization number, after which time you will have 5 days to return your item(s).  All returns must have prior authorization.  You may reach us by email at:  pamelajsnow@hotmail.com.  All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging within 5 days of receiving the return authorization.  If you fail to notify Posh Pics of your desire to return or replace your purchase with the 10 business days, the sale becomes final.  Upon receipt of your approved return, Posh Pics will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used, exchange for another item, or offer a store credit.

Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded by Posh Pics.  All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.  If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.  Shipping costs will apply to replacement items.  Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.

Because many of our products are custom designed or hand painted at the time an order is placed, we ask that you make your selection carefully.  You are given two days from the time the order was placed to cancel a custom order.

Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with the delivery.

Posh Pics is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned.  Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation.  Note:  all packages sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable and automatically insured for $100.  Items sent via US Postal Service are not traceable nor insured unless you specifically request those services. 

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary from product to product.  All of our products are individually constructed and painted at the time your order is placed and considered made-to-order.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion and 3-7 days for shipping.  You will be notified by email or phone when your order has shipped.

International Shipping:

International shipping rates including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico, will be calculated upon our receipt of the order.  Our website does not calculate international shipping rates.  Your order will not ship until you confirm the shipping method and rate that will be charged.  You will be contacted via email within 24 hours of placing your order.  All International Orders are subject to review, and we reserve the right to mark an order as cancelled if we feel the payment is not legitimate.

Privacy Policy:

Posh Pics works hard to ensure your privacy.  We do not sell your personal information to other companies.  Once you place an order, credit card companies require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate your transaction.  Your email address is needed to confirm and update your order.
